These messages are generated when DEBUG=YES. They announce the movement of SCIM through the transport. In the following messages:
- $P1 identifies the transport.
- $P2 identifies the thread control script.
- $P3 identifies the specific thread.
- $P4 identifies the unit of work (e.g. RECV data from TCP/IP).

SDS1372T $P1: Message pulled from SCPL queue.
SDS1373T $P1: $P2/$P3/$P4 Message pushed onto thread queue.
SDS1374T $P1: $P2/$P3/$P4 Message pulled from thread queue.
SDS1375T $P1: $P2/$P3/$P4 Message written to TCP/IP.
SDS1376T $P1: $P2/$P3/$P4 Message read from TCP/IP.
SDS1377T $P1: $P2/$P3/$P4 Message sent to pipe monitor.
