The SCSRELOAD command failed because of a configuration error. See messages SDS1121E through SDS1123E for information concerning the error.
SDS1139E SCSRELOAD: Command successful but not effective until SCSOPEN.
An SCSRELOAD command was successful. You may now apply SCSCONFIG overrides to the configuration. When you have finished configuring SCS, issue the SCSOPEN command to implement the configuration.
